Our Position on AI
The conversation about AI in HR tends to focus on tools and technology. The more important conversation is about people - how work changes, what skills matter, how to lead teams through uncertainty, and how to make decisions that are both efficient and fair.
We bring something most technology consultants don't have: deep people expertise. And something most HR consultants don't have yet: a genuine working understanding of AI. That combination is what makes this work. Ayla uses AI tools actively in her own practice - for research, diagnostics, programme design, and leadership analysis - and is currently working toward the Claude Certified Architect qualification from Anthropic. That hands-on experience, combined with deep people expertise, is what informs everything we deliver.

Currently working toward Claude Certified Architect certification - Anthropic's qualification for designing and implementing AI systems using Claude. Combined with hands-on daily use of AI in practice, this reflects an active and ongoing commitment to genuinely understanding the technology, not just talking about it.
