I started Wilde People because I kept seeing the same thing: organisations investing in strategy, technology, and process - and underinvesting in the one thing that determines whether any of it works. Their people.

After more than 20 years working with organisations in the UK, the Middle East, and further afield - in corporate, public sector, and SME environments - I've developed a clear picture of what actually changes things. It's not always the big intervention or the expensive programme. It's often the conversation that finally happens. The leader who stops avoiding something. The team that starts trusting each other. The organisation that decides to take its people seriously.
